Almost everything people ask is answered in the FAQ, and there the answer is instant. If yours is one of these things, there is a shorter path than writing to us:
If something in the app isn't working
Write to us saying what you were doing, what happened and what you expected to happen. With those three things we can reproduce it; without them, our first reply will be to ask for them.
If you can't get into your account
If you forgot your password, the sign-in screen has “Forgot your password?” and you get an email to change it: that doesn't depend on us doing anything. If you used to sign in with Google or Apple and it stopped working, or the recovery email doesn't arrive, write to us.
If someone is misbehaving
Inside the app, every profile and every chat has “Block and report”: it blocks, removes the match and leaves us the report in a single action. It is faster and more effective than an email, because it reaches us tied to the person. If you don't have an account or can't get in, write to us. If you are in danger or facing an emergency, call your local emergency number: we are not an emergency service and can't act in the moment.
Write to us
We reply by hand and there are no published support hours: we are a small team. What we do promise is that everything gets read. So the reply helps right away, tell us:

The email you signed up with: it is the only thing that lets us find your account and check that it is yours.

Where you are writing from: iPhone, Android or browser, and the app version if you have it handy (it is in Settings → About).

What you expected to happen: it sounds obvious and it is half the cases: what looks broken to you is often something that works differently from what you assumed.

If you bought something
Gamba Premium and Super Likes packs are charged by Apple or Google, not by us, and that changes where you need to go. Both pages open without an account and explain the whole way.
